Return Policy

We want you to love your Jhema Wears pieces. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
1) Return Window & Eligibility
- Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and labels attached and original packaging included.
- Proof of purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt.
- Inspection: All returns pass a quality check. Items that show wear, damage, alteration, stains, odors, or missing tags/packaging may be declined.
2) Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (as marked on the product page or at checkout).
- Personalized/Customized products.
- Hygiene-sensitive categories where indicated on the product page.
3) How to Start a Return
- Email info@jhema.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions (and a label where applicable).
- Pack the item(s) securely with original packaging and tags, and dispatch by the date provided in our instructions.
Please do not ship returns without contacting us first—this may delay processing.
4) Refunds
- Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Allow up to 30 business days from receipt of your return for inspection and processing (your bank may take additional time to post the credit).
- Original shipping fees and any return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged on arrival.
5) Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item/size. This ensures the item you want does not sell out while your return is in transit.
6) International Returns
- International customers may receive a return label; where applicable, duties/taxes and return fees may be deducted from the refund.
- Customs processing times vary by country and can extend the overall return timeline.
7) Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jhema.org with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8) Responsibility & Risk
You are responsible for items until they reach us. For your protection, use a trackable service and keep your postage receipt. Jhema Wears is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
9) Policy Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy conditions.
- If a return is declined, we can ship the item back to you (shipping fees may apply).
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.
