We want you to love your Jhema Wears pieces. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

  1. Email info@jhema.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions (and a label where applicable).
  3. Pack the item(s) securely with original packaging and tags, and dispatch by the date provided in our instructions.

Please do not ship returns without contacting us first—this may delay processing.

To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item/size. This ensures the item you want does not sell out while your return is in transit.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jhema.org with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund as appropriate.

You are responsible for items until they reach us. For your protection, use a trackable service and keep your postage receipt. Jhema Wears is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
