Shipping
Nigeria (domestic door delivery) — billed per kilogram, based on your state.
- ₦7,200/kg: Anambra, Delta, Edo, Ekiti, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo
- ₦8,100/kg: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Benue, Cross River, Ebonyi, Enugu, FCT (Abuja), Imo, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Rivers, Bauchi
- ₦9,000/kg: Adamawa, Borno, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Plateau, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, Zamfara
Minimum chargeable weight (domestic): 1.0 kg.
International (DHL Express) — billed per kilogram by destination. Standard bands typically range from ₦26,380–₦55,870/kg. Special lower tiers auto-apply where available:
- UK: ₦25,500/kg from 10 kg+
- US & Canada: 10–15 kg ₦29,500/kg; 16–20 kg ₦27,500/kg; 21–26 kg ₦25,500/kg; 26–30 kg ₦24,000/kg
Minimum chargeable weight (international): 0.5 kg.
At checkout, we automatically calculate the best available rate using your destination and total cart weight. If your cart is below the minimum for your destination, checkout will prompt you to adjust before payment. Need a quick quote? Order processing: 1–2 business days before shipping.
Standard shipping: 10–14 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
Express shipping: about 5–7 working days (≈50% faster than standard).

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). All transactions are processed via our secure payment gateway.
Returns & Exchanges
Jhema Wears accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for full-price items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Final-sale and personalized/customized items are not eligible. Please include your original receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the return.
Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. International customers will receive a return label; applicable duties may be deducted from the refund. For help, contact info@jhema.org.
